The three stars is not necessarily because it is a terrible community to live in (it’s not) but mostly because of their flagrantly truth-bending “luxury apartment” marketing. “Luxury apartment” conjures up images of hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and elevators, when instead we got peeling laminate fake tile floors, stained and dented appliances manufactured in 2006, particle-board counters left completely unfinished on the bottom with protruding staples and screws, rickety metal stairs with huge rust holes through them, ancient wooden windows that don’t reliably stay open and are very poorly sealed, and near-zero closet space. If there are any apartments in the complex that actually do have any of these “luxury” features, we certainly weren’t one of them, yet we were charged as if we were. The utility bills are also vastly higher than anywhere else we've lived (despite being the smallest place we've ever lived) so clearly not very energy efficient. The community is nice, the staff in the office are nice, but the greed is real with ReNew management. You will be paying “luxury” money through the nose whether your apartment has luxuries or not. It’s a roll of the dice.

We recently moved into Terraces. Ryan made the process smooth, easy, and as stressless as possible. It was important for us because we were relocating from Virginia and we had to lease an apartment online, without prior looking at it. Maintenance works fast. The neighbors are nice.

Recently visited The Terraces and was pleasantly surprised. From the friendly staff to the immaculate grounds, the cozy community center, the family friendly pool area with bbq's, to the gym and fire pit area. The units were beautiful and well kept along with balconies and common areas. Thank you Katie and Ryan for being so accommodating, sweet and friendly and for answering all my questions.
