In the summer of 2009 my wife and I decided to put a pool in, after countless hours of research and speaking with friends, neighbors and relatives we decided to go with Gappsi based on reputation and high quality of landscape design.. Our pool has been the talk of our friends since that day, fast forward to 2012 where me and my wife decided to build a full outdoor kitchen and pavilion.. Again we conducted research and again choose Gappsi. Giuseppe was always at my house guiding me threw our decisions . Unsure what we wanted Giuseppe spent hours patiently guiding us through what we wanted... And I always pushed for bigger. 10 years later I noticed a few hairline cracks in the one of the slabs.. I immediately reached out to Giuseppe to hire him to repair work.. Much to the amazement of my wife and I, not only did he repair the damage, he completely redid all the granite and stone work as he didn't like the way it looked.. We never noticed the issues with the stone work.. When the job was completed and we were to settle up the bill, Giuseppe looked at me and said there is no charge for this. I stand by my work and the high quality work I deliver to my customers. To this day, I am still shocked after 10 years he would do this, he guarantees all his work. a true professional through and through.. I would recommend Gappsi to anyone for who is concerned about quality and wants high level customer success.
