Can't order a pickup order over $25 unless pay over the phone??? I've ordered numerous times over phone. I'm a cash paying customer. Guess wingstop don't need cash. Just lost a customer $40 a week customer.. unprofessional people answering phones sound like a party going on in background.

My son ordered a 15 piece wings over the phone today. I walked in and saw that the menu had meal for 2 that included the 15 piece wings, fries, and drinks for only 4 dollars more of what I was going to pay. I asked the cashier since I hadn't paid yet if she could change my order to the meal. She gets the cook to come to the front and she says she can't because the ticket was already written. I told her that all she needed to do was to add my fries to the order. She said she couldn't. I don't know what the big deal was? Could she just not void that order and ring it up again as a meal instead?? Also, the cashier should know the menu enough to at least suggest that they have a meal for 2 with the 15 piece that I had ordered. Or perhaps it would have been easier for me to cancel "that ticket" all together and reorderd everything. Ughhhh lucky for them I was tired from getting off of work, picking up my son, pick up dinner ,and had to rush to get him to practice.

Not bad...food was ready when they said it would be. Order was complete. Theres an option to get your fries well done I would absolutely do that! The butter parm was our favorite.

I went in tonight, told the girl I had an pick up order for someone and she said she don’t have it than I said okay and called my mom about it to make sure than she got an attitude with me than told me to leave when I was doing nothing. I will never come back here again! The picture is the girl that got an attitude with me.
