I’m a new tenant and have had a great experience so far. Frederick took care of any concerns I had quickly and the maintenance employees are very kind and quick with any service requests. I was given flexibility and patience with this entire process. Frederick was also very quick with the application and leasing process. I hope to have a comfortable living experience for the foreseeable future. The property is clean, well maintained, and historical. I’m very excited!

Crystal, We understand that having an application denied is frustrating. Our application clearly states: “Favorable credit history is imperative to be approved.” When discussing applications, we do our best to determine if there is anything in the applicant’s history that might be an immediate red-flag to our screening software, as well as mention options (co-signers, additional financial surety), should the application be marginal, but when presented with more than one application, we simply have to choose the best set of numbers as they are the only metric we have to predict positive tenancy.
