Just ok, not much to do. Bathrooms were way in the back corner near an exit door. A bit creepy if you ask me as a woman now a days its kinda scary especially with children.

It was extremely fun and enjoyable for my boyfriend and our friends kids, who we took for a treat. However one of the employees proceeded to kick the foam squares into my boyfriends face while we were in the pit trying to help the littlest out. When we asked why he was doing this he said “I just like to mess around”. I’m appalled a place would let their employees kick items into a paying customers face. He continued to keep kicking items into my boyfriends, even after we told him to stop. You can mess around all you want, but purposely kicking items into someone’s face is just down right disrespectful.

The kids and I had a blast. It’s great to find indoor entertainment that gets the kids out of their electronics and encourages physical activity. Parents can participate or choose to sit out. They even have massage chairs.

Friendly staff, jump area was clean. If you get there when it opens you will have the place to yourself for the first 30 mins. Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars in the Women's restroom was obviously not cleaned from the night before. We got there when it opened an only a few families there for the first 30 minutes yet the bathroom needed some serious cleaning

I will never go back. So much sand and dander in the foam blocks. Kept having to spend 10 minutes carefully removing what felt like glass from my eyes, every time I jumped in the foam… there’s bugs crawling around everywhere and trash has been shoved in all the nooks and crannies….. Easily could be fixed but the level of professionalism is sad…
I am a vet....but didn't ask. Got my ticks through groupon. 2 for $14. Well worth it. Had a blast!
