The property managers for this apartment complex are extremely shady. They do not communicate well with tenants and are very unprofessional.

We lived in the pines for 8 years. There has been multiple property managers, maintenance people don't stay. The managers now M$$$ and L%%% are incredibly unprofessional. They do not know customer service. They are rude and use their position to bully people. There is a woman right now 2022 living with RATS in her apartment! These people who own it do not care about anyone. They don't fix issues in the apartment. They have the water off constantly. Now they think by changing the outside of the building is going to make it better when everything inside stays the same. Can't have washer and dryers, no dish washers, no upgrade anything. Do not move there. You will regret it. Go somewhere else for a little more money and have a nice place to call home. I am not an angry evicted tenant. I'm writing this review to warn people. Do not move there.

I had considered these apartments a year ago so glad I didn't move there . I did q delivery there today and a step came qpart as I was going down the stairs .I drove around porches sagging stairs falling apart buildings so unsafe its so scary and disgusting I don't know how people can even live there .the place needs condemned it's deplorable that the state of Florida or even brevard county let's this place stay open

Do not do not do not move here Every time you turn around the water is off because the water pipe bust I've been here for about 7 years I went through about 4 or 5 Property Managers and everyone that works in that office is so unprofessional.Trust me living in a shelter is better at least they water stay on
