My pizza was delicious and the service was excellent per usual. Michelle (manager) made my pizza herself. Great job, Papa’s Winchester!

I would give this place a zero if I could. Twice I’ve ordered a pizza in the app just to be called to be told they aren’t taking orders anymore today even though their website says otherwise. The manager is very unprofessional as well so no surprise that the employees don’t have any values or people skills from a sheer lack of appropriate leadership.

I was refused service because I was a truck driver, and was told I COULDN'T order from the lobby, I would have to walk around through the drive thru, and take a chance on getting run over to place my order! Then I was told I had to wait for my pizza in the 102 degree sun while it was cooked! No thanks will NEVER stop here again!!!

Worst pizza ever ordered with hardly any cheese. Before we ordered online one large pizza, we would leave a $4 or $5 tip through paypal and everything was fine, plenty of cheese. But last time we ordered, the driver was rude, so we decided to leave cash tip instead. This is what we got (pic). Called the manager Bryan, and he was saying they put "light cheese" on them, really!

Customers are not allowed inside the building. Employees wear masks at all times. Pick-ups are done through the drive through window. No contact deliveries are an option, and drivers always wear masks and have sanitizer at all times for pens, hands ect. I think proper steps are taken 😉 Also if any employee is exposed they must take the standard steps of quarantining and testing.
