I ordered 2 Roadies, one diet coke and one unsweet tea. Came to the window and they had one Roadie and one Medium. I explained that I had ordered 2 Roadies. They made a Roadie and handed it to me and said it was unsweet tea. I always try the drink because I am a diabetic and can't drink sweet tea. It tasted carbonated, so I asked what they had given me and they answered unsweet tea. So I said it wasn't, so they took it back and repoured the drink. Once I got home it ended up that I had 2 unsweet teas and no diet coke. So after all that the drinks were still wrong. Beyond frustrated.

The manager pat on dayshift helped us so much give us the same order and was polite and courteous and he apologized for the inconvenience of the other night it's the only time we have ever had problems with the decherd location it's always great

It's always a pleasant surprise to discover, after the fact, that you actually went through the drive thru, got your order, made it home and found out........ "They didn't screw you at the drive thru!" The food was excellent guys! Great job!

Although the drive thru line went pretty good, the food was awful. The cheese wouldn't and wasn't melted at all. The burgers weren't even warm. They would fall apart getting it out of the box. The fried were ok and actually seemed pretty fresh but I'm positive the burgers were old. I asked for ketchup and she told me she put it in the bag herself and there were several packets, there wasn't any.
