Absolutely loved going to the Wendy's on State Rd. 72 in Madison AL! I wish everyone was as friendly as the lady at the register! She said she has worked for Wendy's since she was 16. She made my day, being so nice to talk to! Also, thank you Wendy's for being open on the inside. I really appreciate that! Keep up the good work, as I will be back!! I’m new to the area. I came through with my children at approximately 9:32 pm the restaurant closes at 10:00pm but the young lady politely lied to us and SEVERAL other cars behind us that they were closed. No reasonable explanation. Customers clearly aren’t the priority.

workers are nice but they get my order wrong almost every time lmao. I just ask for a plain cheeseburger it’s really not that difficult

Was a bad situation to much play time for everyone was very rude took 30 minutes to get out meal was very rasice toward us and even said I bet they want be back all ways lock the door to keep customers out and this is a Friday night yes because we were white they made a race mark to us you need to clean this place up night shift and the Manger was also in thisas well a surprise visit may be and they n8ro keep the doors open not lock and tell people they are closed not fair to you customers and people standing out side in drive through talking to help l am talking friends to workers inside
