Oh my goodness! What can I say about this group? From the front door to the back, I was met with such amazing service. Robert, Carl and Emily truly were wonderful to me and my children. The store was beautiful and inviting. I’ve been to 4 other furniture stores (Ashley, Gardner White, Bob’s and At Home) and this was definitely the best. Thank you so much, Value City! You are absolutely awesome!

One word, Denis! Denis was awesome. I came into the store looking to furnish an entire home and had no clue what I wanted. Denis, who loves interior design, helped me tremendously. Denis’s interior expertise coupled with his personality made my experience enjoyable. For example, during one of my many trips to the store Denis rearranged the furniture in the store so that I could see how particular chairs worked with a dining table. I knew he was my guy when he was moving furniture across the store. So Awesome! I recommend the Value city furniture at Utica Park because Denis made my experience a pleasant one!
