Even though the restaurant can cook it for you, it is so much more if a festive experience if you do it yourself. I am supremely uncoordinated, so I was afraid to cook the steak myself. But the server shows you how to do it and they are available to guide you along. The hot rock lets you sear every bite of steak and it also helps to keep your whole dinner warm. Just go and let the server show you what is involved. If you want to back out, you can let them cook the steak for you. If you decide to try the hot rock, you will have a fun story to tell regardless of how your steak turns out. Either way, you are in for a treat. The food is extremely flavorful.

They do not use reservation. Who is first is first. When it is complete you can wait on the bar. Waiting time was very shortin our case.

They don't do reservations, they have some weird get in line earlier thing. Call and they can explain it. Essentially it means you are not guaranteed a table at the time you request but they will get you in quicker

They have normal prices. Bud the steak is realy good. They use a stone to serve the steak, so the steak is realy hot. Its a very nice experience.
