We don't usually leave reviews but our experience at this location today was exceptional! Yesterday we returned home from vacation to find that out fridge decided to go out! 13 hours in the car and coming home to a fridge/freezer full of rotten food is not good at all! Today we went out to find a replacement. Most places don't have anything in stock and most products are on backorder! Tom S. was AMAZING and Very Helpful!! He even steered us away from the more expensive option we were leaning towards due to returns and the product having issues. He was honest and saved us money today plus I believe he saved us money and multiple headaches in the future!! He even made sure that we would have it delivered asap! We are scheduled to have our fridge delivered Wednesday! Thank you so much Tom! I hope Best Buy knows what a great asset you are!!

TOM is the BOMB!! If you need help with home theater, TV, receiver, etc. work with Tom. He took the time to understand my needs and worked to get me the best deal. He was a geek squad installer so he really knows his stuff!

"welcome to best buy do you need a sales rep?" Asked at the door, by 2 people standing there. "No". "Ok well if you do there's a 15 minute wait time".... Went back to buy an carload of stuff worth way over $200, their labels were incorrect, thrown about or mislabeled and way off from the price on their website, nothing was in stock up front. Decided to just get in my car and go buy from Staples next door who was quick and attentive with my purchase, and who's website clearly reflected store inventory with clear pricing. No, I'm not trying to talk to a sales rep. Fire your sales rep and invest in clear labeling or website management. Also, something available for pickup on your website within 1 hour should be available in store, without the help of a sales rep. No wonder I haven't been to best buy for over a decade.
