Horrible unprofessional and rude. I have always ordered a biggie bag or 4 for 4 and substitute the fries for either a chili or Cesar salad and today they say they don't offer it really. When I just went there days go and got it. Then when I called the manager answer and proceeded to talk over me and then hung up on me and when I called back a guy answered and said I dropped the call and he was the one I was talking to like really. Trash if you can't do your job just that.

Service was awful. Food tasted like it sat all day The bacon was so hard you could break a window. Both times messed up the order

Turned in at 6:36 and 6 cars infront of me in line just to order have not moved . Till 6:48 when a car left the line. Now im 5 cars before i can order my food. Its been 12 minutes and still nothing.well another car left the line. Now im 4th in line and still no movement. Its now.. 6:58 and still nothing i would have left but im stubborn..its now.. 7:00pm And just got to order my food !whats with the service at this wendys !
