I don't typically leave bad reviews but I feel compelled to say something. I stopped in the Aurora Homegoods to browse last week. When I walked in the entrance area was being painted. It was early afternoon and I thought this was odd and inconvenient. I couldn't even get to the shopping carts. There seemed to be construction work going on in the whole store but no signs or anything to inform customers. I was looking at displays near the front and witnessed a manager yelling at the cashiers and it was super uncomfortable. As I moved to the kitchen area the same woman was barking orders to some staff. The one guy was sweating profusely as he pushed furniture around. Overall just a very weird experience and I asked the check out girl who the woman was and she said it was the district lead. Not customer friendly and I felt bad for the workers. I will head to a different store next time.

Very nice clean and organized store. They have very decent product selections and prices for the value. Highly recommend.

Went into the store about 30 minutes before close, couldn’t tell who worked there because nobody had a name tag or apron. The store was an absolute mess with product carts everywhere. Passed the store manager a couple times and never got asked how i was doing, if I needed help finding anything, a greeting of any sort, etc. Was looking at rugs and couldn’t even get anyone to ask if I needed help there either. Passed at least 3 associates including the store manager and not 1 of them said 1 word to me. I will be a shopping at target instead.
