I ordered an item from Amazon and they used the USPS to deliver the package. Except the post office would not deliver the package to the address listed and claimed the package was being held for pickup. That my friends is a complete lie, they simply return the item to sender because they are too lazy to find it for you...even though it was in the building. That's right too lazy...no wonder they are going out of business. Amazon please stop using the USPS....or at least give us the option to use someone else. One star is too much for this Pigeon Forge Post office and the front desk person working the counter on June 7, 2022 at 3pm.

Slowest post office ive ever been too. Google says typically 15 min time spent. I've moved 1 spot per 15 mins and still have 5 customers ahead. For such a large city, its a slow paced environment.

Mail a package from NY over a week now and message I’m getting is that they attempt delivery and no secure location to leave package and notice was left on door, that’s a lie as recipient did not see any notice. Redelivery was scheduled for the next day and that has not happened either and when you call the USPS# they have no information. How is this possible?? If I could grade this PO a Zero I would
