I LOVE THIS PLACE, DONT LET THIS REVIEW RUIN YOUR FUTURE EXPERIENCE HERE. THE CURRENT ISSUE IS THE A STORM WASHED SAND ALL IN FRONT OF THE BOAT RAMP. We had jet skis and the surveyors there were in a john boat, those small pwc size crafts will only fit until they can get the same removed, which may not take too long.

The sand bar pretty much blocks there use of the launch unless you have a key ski, kayak, or flat bottom boat.

Nice place, a little smelly but is nice. The only problem is they have a very nice beach but is full of private property signals. I did some fly fishing and i catch a nice fish i need to look on google about the name of the specie . Hahaha.
