We were kept abreast of our project along the way by text, email and phone calls. We were given the projected time of delivery and Express Kitchens was right on. Delivery was made last Friday morning by 2 very competent and caring individuals. They were courteous and paid close attention to care of moving the cabinets into the available space. The were superior employees of Express Kitchens.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with our sales associate Ken. He made the process extremely simple and was always available when we had any questions. We did have an issue with our delivery which did cause us some delays with our remodel. On our delivery date only half of our cabinets were delivered which caused some delay in installation by our contractor. I obviously was not very happy about the oversight and my contractor was a little upset he wasn't able to do the full install on the originally scheduled date. When I voiced my displeasure about the oversight on the delivery I received top notch customer service and Express Kitchens went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They were very apologetic and said they would do whatever it takes to make the situation right and ultimately I was very satisfied with their effort in rectifying the situation. Mistakes happen but its always nice when a company acknowledges their mistake and rather than making excuses they did what was necessary to make it right which to me spoke volumes about how much they value customer satisfaction. I'm hoping this is the one and only time we will remodel our kitchen but if my wife and I ever purchase another home we would definitely do business here again.
