Awful experience, doesn't even deserve one star. Dr Pasha was to bust to answer questions, wrong diagnoses, and was rude. Office staff extremally slow to respond to voicemail, took two weeks to get a call back about a prescription refill. Not recommended run to another practice, even after posting review the office post for me to call them, well that was already done with a very rude person on the phone and the office manager has still not contacted me. I was told I could not make an appointment for my 96year old father because the doctor said he missed appts in past. The office recently sent a letter saying they were having a hard time reaching and to reschedule appointment. So when you confirmed you obviously knew he was unreachable and lives in an Assisted Living facility. I tried to explain that up until recently (mom passing) I now take care of my fathers healthcare and explained that and woman said "the doctor did not care" and will not see him. That's fine, there are plenty of other doctors. But shame on you Eye Physicians of Central Florida. I guess it is too hard to deal with the elderly these days. And you really do not care about patients at all.

I’ve been a patient of Eye Physician of Central Florida and Dr. David Auerbach for more than a decade and highly recommend both. Appointments run “on time”, administrative and healthcare staff are polite, organized and efficient. David is a very capable physician and surgeon who displays a welcoming and personable attitude toward patients.
