A typical Laundromat, on-site manager was friendly and helpful. Pretty clean and well taken care of. All the machines were capable of taking quarters or electronic payments.

The washers and dryers take money and break down frequently. To make matters worse, the staff are unable to do anything about it. Whenever I visit there is always at least one washer and a few dryers out of service. I come here at least once a month to wash and dry. The debit readers here just don't work. They have had a long time special where if you wash 9 loads you get the tenth one free but you can never cash in on it because the washers don't read your debit card. This goes for the dryers as well. During my last visit I swiped my card in all the dryer debit readers and only 2 readers worked. My experience today will be my absolute last time visiting the store. I used a $7 washer and it took my money and my detergent. When I got the attention of the attendent, she checked the washer, saw that it did not wash my clothes but was unable to give me my money back. She told me that I would have to call the store because they do not offer refunds. Mama's has a drop off washing service where the attendents wash the clothing. Unless they are using their own money, she could have given me my money back or turned the key to start the cycle. I didn't want a free wash, just the one I paid for.
