I have been sending parcels through this company for 15 years and unfortunately I am disappointed with what happened. For some time now, parcels have been delivered after almost 2 months, which has doubled the time compared to previous years. Who's fault is it? My admiration from previous experiences turned into dissatisfaction

Reliable company. Good contact with the service. They cooperate with the Karex customs agency from Częstochowa. The only regret is the long sea journey. The package took 3 months, but it was safe and sound. Something for something, a price or a time.

It was already 2 months, and the package has not yet arrived - and the translation is calling ha, war in Ukraine. Shock and hopelessness will never be sent by these agencies. Once the package went 3-4 weeks, today MASACRA.

Ocean packages leave the Linden NJ warehouse every Saturday. (Or whenever the container is filled). It usually takes 3-4 weeks for ship to arrive in Europe.

I’m sorry, Polonez only ships packages from USA to Europe ONLY. It’s not possible to send to the US. You would need to use Poczta Polska or a different company.
