I was very impressed with how the store looked. Had not been for some time and they have clearly expanded the selection of products. Love the reorganization and new stuff like Trager grills, home security, and kitchen appliances. Will be back soon.

Best Buy Jefferson is poorly represented today. The staff with the exception of 1 guy needs to either go home or be trained in customer service. The store was not even busy. We noticed being watched and followed for no reason. We paid for every single item as we went to do anyway. You don't know if we were secret shoppers or not determining your job. Unacceptable!!

I dropped off some old electronics to recycle yesterday, 4/27, around 11. The young man at the door, Dom, was very polite and helpful, and showed me to customer service. The line was too long, so I came back after an appointment, and Dom recognized me, greeted me again and made a little small talk. It was the first time I'd ever been to that location, and it was so nice to just feel like I was a familiar face! I hope Best Buy is paying attention to really excellent associates like Dom, and tries a little harder to retain nice people like this. Right now, big corporations have a very bad public image for being greedy, and not compensating employees fairly, and places like Best Buy should feel darn lucky that they still have people like Dom, who are the forward facing image of the company, and that now I have a slightly better impression of Best Buy because I had a positive experience at my visit. Keep up the good work!

You can download the best buy app, pick ur product, order it and pay for it then go pick it up or have it delivered. Not sure how effective or speedy the emailing would do hun! Hope this helps

I'm sure it all depends on a variety of factors from type of phone, what they have in stock, issue plaguing the phone, ect. You would probably have better luck calling geek squad there and explaining your issue.

I ended up selecting the sales option from the automation menu...the sales associate was able to answer all my questions and set up an appointment with the geek squad for today.
