Car buying is stressful. By the time I arrived at Auto Nation, I had been to four other dealers and talked to several others on the phone: all of whom attempted a bait and switch and tried to upsell me on makes, models and features I didn’t want. I was so happy to find Jerry at Auto Nation who was focused entirely on delivering the vehicle I wanted at the price that was advertised and fair. Jerry talked me through everything (without talking down to me like many of the other dealers did) and I was confident I found the right car and the right dealer for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Jerry and Auto Nation.

I have been using this service for a year. Most of the time to change the engine oil. About 8 months ago, I went to the service because of a battery problem. While there was no other problem, I received the information that there was a leak in the engine cooling system. and they fixed it. 2.5 months ago, at 55,000 miles, I demanded that the gear oil of the caller be changed and they changed it. When I took delivery of the vehicle, the wheel locations were not defined and the air filter hose was not installed. I replaced the pipe myself. Today, when I went just to change the engine oil, they informed me that there was a leak in the transmission line. Before changing the transmission oil, there was no such problem, and there seems to be a significant problem with the gear shifts. I am not sure. They asked me to make a weekly appointment. When I got home, I checked the fluid leak and realized that there was a problem in the connection point of the part that was removed while flushing. I think they damaged this part while changing the transmission oil or they didn't fit it properly. As a result, the vehicle's transmission may be damaged. On Monday, I will take the matter to the court according to the notification status of the service.

I recently bought a new car from AutoNation. I had been hunting for months, I found them through Carfax. The car was exactly what I had been looking for. The pictures were 100% accurate, and questions I had were answered quickly as possible. I had the pleasure of working with Richard and the our finance guy was Travis. And to be clear it was a pleasure. We had to juggle traveling to the dealership and working on a tight schedule they did everything in their power to make it as seamless as possible. Not only was vehicle detailed when we got there it was gassed up and ready to go. When AutoNation says this is the price that's what they mean, when we got down to brass tacks I asked for to things to be removed and it was done, no arguing or underhanded aspects. It was entirely refreshing, also at no point did they try to talk to my partner instead of me. He was included in the conversations, but it was to me that they spoke and addressed things to, as it was going in my name alone. I cannot recommend AutoNation especially Richard enough. They were amazing. Even though they were a hike for us to get too, I absolutely will use them again and I know my partner feels the same way. The 5 hours of travel were worth the experience.

Han, Travis, Keith and please forgive me I forgot the other Sales Manager name was by far the best I have worked with. They made sure I walked away overly satisfied. I love my 2022 Acadia Denali. I'll definitely be back to purchase my next GM vehicle from them. Awesome job guys!
