DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION i just left after waiting for about 30 minutes just to see if they had my size i went in looking for a pair of nike blazers and asked if they had a size 10 some guy said he would look in the back see if he did but never came back but had time to help someone else he help them get about 3 different pair from the back for them before even giving me an answer it's a very simple answer shouldn't take them more than 30 minutes to let me know if they had my size or not instead of completely ignoring me and continue to help the other customer

The absolute worst retail experience EVER! On Saturday I called to confirm availability of a shoe and Natalie was kind enough to place a hold on the item. I arrive roughly 1 hour after the complete my purchase. When I arrive there are 2 customers ahead of me. I observe 2 employess at the same register and a 3rd who came and wenr a couple of times (he appeared to be looking something up on anothee register but was clearly working the floor). After about 20 minutes I asked the 2 employees at the register if they had anyone else who could work register. This question went unanswered all 3 times it was asked over the next 18 MORE minutes. So 37 minutes of waiting being blatantly ignored I ask for a manager. Omar who was 1 of the employees that ignored me piped right on up to announce that he was the manager. With that revelation I asked him to write down his name and the contact of the district or region manager. He told me his name was Omar and that he wasn't writing anything now. I told him how ridiculous it was that you would ignore a customer and then be more rude and unprofessional. I advised that he and Natalie were addreased multiple times. He denied it until the 2 customers behind me confirmed my account. Natalie had returned from the back of the store by this point (she went to look for thw shoe I requested in a different size though she had pulled to correct size from the beginning) she attempted to apologize before realizing that she had the correct shoe behind the counter already. I asked for something to write on and was advised that they had NOTHING AT ALL that I could write on (like register tape or donation card). Natalie then proceeds to tell Omar to ring me up to which he replied for her to complete the transaction. I never did receive the information requested and was told to refer to the website. Now I understand that Shoe City is a more hip/modern establishment but Omar's appearance and attitude didn't scream manager to me. If this is what your establishment considers management material, it is a sad day in both the retail and customer service world. I have been to many of your locations that would be considered less desirable retail locations and received amazing service. I own 2 businesses and would never allow someone to treat a customer like this. My experience was so poor that I will NOT return to spend my hard earned money!
