I can’t believe what horrible customer service we received on two different occasions. Please get control over this establishment it’s a true shame. The one lady at the front desk (Monica) was so ghetto and extremely unpleasant. I will never take my pet back here.

The staff is incredible!!! Shout out to Monique!!!! They took great care of my baby Macy she's a Pittie....this was my first visit and it was free 😁...All I had to do was print the coupon off their website! Macy has allergies...so we came up with a plan and everything was explained so clearly.... I learned so much! The Doctor was so nice, patient and understanding.... sorry I forget her name but shout out to her as well!! Banfield Pet Hospital is where I was be taking my baby Macy from now on!! These people are the best!!!!

This location in laurel has been the worst I’ve been too. My dog has been seen here for a few months and today by far was the worst experience. I’ve never seen my dog so frail, scared and traumatized. She is not her normal self at all. Also, the communication is awful. As I’ve never been able to speak with the veterinarian about my dog and concerns and it’s health. As dog parents, the staff at this location has never attempted to communicate with us and to make sure our concerns are addressed pertaining my dog’s health. I don’t feel comfortable bringing my dog here ever again. I am deeply saddened of the condition my dog was returned to me in.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
