Got to the hotel on a Sunday and was told that the front desk would not price match my rate with other rates I found online. I had to pay $80 more than the best price I saw online. Unbelievable customer experience with an employee who cared so little about the quality they were delivering. The hotel is also under construction and there is lots of noise starting at 6 AM

They are undergoing renovations so it is really not fair to judge them too harshly, but they could at least have 1 working ice machine. I was able to get ice from the front desk. After waiting 5 minutes for the chef to show up from the back, I gave up on breakfast.

Positive: The front desk employees very helpful. Negative: For a 3 star it is a dump. Blind does not work. Hallway is dirty. Did not feel safe in the environment. Towels and sheets have stain. Bad experience over all. I will never stay at this Hilton Garden at all.

Positive: The hotel was affordable and easy check in/out. Staff was great and easy going. Minor inconveniences, but overall a good stay. Negative: They need to dust, especially their air filters in the bathroom. The hair dryer was really grimy. The pillows were awful, just flat, no support. It's awfully noisy in the halls from staff walking back and forth in the mornings.

They do not have a shuttle. Not many do these days anymore and it's quite a ways for a bus ride or a Uber in which they are quite scarce lately. The Hotel also does not have their breakfast and or their business office open and or their swimming pool open. FYI
