It's understandable that these places had busy hours but getting burned pizza is not acceptable and it had happened to me several occasions.

It suppose to be hot n ready but nothing is ever ready. Even when you preorder! You order online and go there when its supposedly ready, but once you go there to pick it up, that’s when they start making your food. And that will also take 30-40 minutes. People order for pickup for a reason. Example people on lunch that only have 30minutes to pick up, eat and get back to work!

This was jus terrible I could this location and the summit location and believe they finna get tha same shii, these broke bums ain gon answer tha phone after calling about 20 times each so I go to both places and jus wan I thought nobody in there, so why wouldn’t they answer the phone overall terrible service they needa get they shii

I placed an order or in the day to pick up my pizza at a certain time with a good 5-hour anticipation I get to pick up the pizza and then tell me it's not going to be ready for another 60 to 90 minutes. That's not why I put an order ahead of time
