Such helpful and friendly staff! I came in there with ski boots I had purchased from a different store, but they still listened to my issues with the boots, and helped me get to a solution. All I needed were arch supports, which I would’ve never known without the helpful staff. Truly changed the fit of the boot!! My mom and I ended up purchasing a few other items in the store because it was such a positive experience. Would absolutely recommend!!

Love this place - we rent skis for our kiddos here and have always been totally happy with them. I even broke my snowboard bindings one time and they hooked me up with replacement parts. Will be customers for life!

Window shoppers- need not apply! Make sure you plan on buying something when you go there! I share the same sentiment someone on Yelp wrote, rude and unprofessional owner. I made an appointment, per their request, and spoke with the associate about leasing versus buying skis. I had made it clear, I had not made up my mind which route I wanted to take-especially with limited inventory (Understandable, these days). I was there for 25 minutes and when I left, with intention to return, the owner said to the associate, “well that was a huge waste of your time”. I felt stupid and it was so rude, and not true- looked at time when I left, making sure I hadn’t spent a lot of someone’s time. Although we’ve all put our foot in our mouths, I would think a business owner would be happy to educate customers about their potential purchases and want to represent the store professionally. Assuming you will buy something, I hope your experience is better than mine!

Hi, Just wanted leave a message about how exceptional this shop is. The folks that work there are welcoming and kind. We ran into a little situation with our car and had to switch things around with our rentals and Jack was very friendly and understanding. It was so nice to go to a place with outstanding customer service. The clothes and snow gear they sell is also lovely. Highly recommend this shop and hope to come back again. Thanks Jack for all you help!
