The NEW OwnerShip for the willimantic waste is very Greedy Raise all the bills without sending any notification. Im paying double for a recycle and commercial disposal what i use to pay. Will cancel out soon even if someone 5 dollar cheaper. Not going to scam of we will match it. They are no more local to support.
