No it is on the grounds to f the Eastern states exposition the big e in westspringfield open year round
I'm not sure. I live in Florida and I was visiting. Not a rush at dinner when I was there. Probably depends on the time of year. You will need to call. Very nice place with a lot of historical ambiance and very beautiful setting.

In years past, they have had a wonderful brunch their. It does fill up early, make reservations early.
