The country butcher is an amazing place to get fresh high quality meats. Their ground sirloin makes the most insane burgers I have ever had. There are so many other items in the shop that are made locally like the dill beans that are worth the trip alone.

First, the bacon is second to none. It is a thicker cut with a very clean and smokey flavor. Best I have ever had, I believe it retails for $10 per pack/pound. They also have beautiful marbeled beef, the ribeye is packed with flavor. Additionally they offer many types of sausages, pork, chicken and other tasty items. As far as pricing, the chicken is very reasonable and beef will run $2 to $4 more per pound than large groceries stores. It is WELL WORTH a few more dollars! Support your local butcher and give them a try!
