Booked a load through them from Guelph, ON to California, load was not ready driver sat and waited all day 200 miles of diesel wasted and load not able to be picked up due to poor service and poor coordination. Dave Raeuchle verbally abuses customers and needs to be fired.

Questions & Answers

Do you have any accounts that run PM only out and back? 6pm-8am?

William Manning | Apr 22, 2022
Carlos Dimas Paniagua | Apr 22, 2022

No. You have to load up after every drop and it can only be done in the am. You can drive at your prefer time, but loading and unloading are done in the am. Ex. Deliver today and load for the next day.

if you lease from jrc are you required to run what ever they want you to or are you allowed to pick from their available loads/accounts

You have to do runs from the available accounts they have, they don't have forced dispatch. I've been with them for almost a year and that was the best decision I've ever made. I recommend them 100%.

Are you a TRUE owner operator company, or do you do lease purchase aka company trucks? Also do I have to rely strictly on you or can I get my own freight?

Yes, JRC is an owner-operator fleet. There are drivers with their own trucks/trailer and authority. They also have a lease purchase program if you don't have your own equipment, where you lease from them until it's paid off, then you own it. If you are leasing then you would be under their authority and insurance. You would run exclusively their freight.
