After driving over an hour to see my 91 year old mother who had taken a terrible fall i was not allowed to see her. I was told I had to wait until visiting hours at 1:00. No one seemed to care that my mother was alone and frightened and needed to see a familiar face.

I just had my baby on 7/22/22 and let me just say I had the BEST experience at Lawrence General hospital delivering my baby. The doctors and nurses were amazing and so helpful. The amount of compassion, information, and help I received from them is profound. I would recommend this hospital to anyone looking to deliver their bundle of joy any day! Truly so grateful for them!

Worst possible experience my daughter came in because she had a seizure I asked them to transport her to Boston children’s they said no because she was not serious enough even though she has a serious cardiac condition they told me she had influenza a, I sent her home and told me just to give her Tylenol and switch off with Motrin every two hours did not help me with anything else. Left us in the room alone I had to go and find the nurse for help after an hour of asking for things. , They are extremely packed all of the time and I was told that they were the best pediatric around that is a lie they didn’t even put my daughter and the pediatric center

Walk in because my Father in law was in a car accident and came in via ambulance. I waited until this stopped being on her phone to acknowledge me. …

I was treated well when i delivered there. A Man wheel chaired me in and after that, only female staff seen me through my stay. I liked how the Caucasian doctor dealt with me over the other. If i find names i will make another comment with those names. But if u are average and not against needles/ invasive procedures then u should b fine. They were all nice but the fact that i was different rubbed a couple of them the wrong way. Still they cannot force u to do any invasive procedure. I was recommended to go to other hospitals by a midwife i talked to. but due to lack of time i went to what was closest. If u have time, ask some doulas which hospitals they prefer. Bc alot of them help deliver in hospitals and since they are more emotionally supportive for women during labor they know what atmospheres work best. Also, if u hire a doula, she will make sure all staff members know your birth plan. Make sure u r comfortable with the doula and make sure she has attended many births
It is on the low side. However when they are checking it cough a bit and it will probably go up some.
You could place a call to our Covid line to see if they'd be able to give you your vaccine card if they haven't already.
Call and ask the hospital.....it will depend on the delivery team... im leaning towards none with all the Covid restrictions.
You have to call a ministration and tell them that his wallet was missing and if they have it in Lost and Found
Wright next to the er parking lot and coming through the main entrance you will see a sign that said south pavilion
Yes they do. By the main entrancd, across the information center
The Lawrence General Laboratory provides round-the-clock coverage 365 days/year. To provide constant care, a pathologist is on call 24 hours per day and is supported by technical specialists in each of the diagnostic departments. If you would like to schedule an appointment, it is recommend to schedule at an outpatient location.
