Definitely not what I expected from one of my favorite lunch spots. I live in MA so I rarely go to this location, but two days in a row I visited for lunch because of travel, and each time they were missing items and were extremely slow. The service was underwhelming as well. Normally customer service should be friendly but it's not the feeling I received either time I visited.

Worst Chipotle experience ever. There were 2 people working and 7 employees behind the wall and walking around aimlessly while the line was out the door. Took us 45 minutes to get the food when there was only 8 people in front of us when we walked in. There was a very tall and large gentleman behind the counter cleaning the floor being extremely rude to the employees and saying nasty things while customers were in line and ordering. Horrible experience, would NEVER return here in a million years.
