My recent visit on 8/3/22 went extremely well. I had the pleasure of meeting representative Devon Cabral who was very proffesional & helped me through the process for new glasses. Expecting to receive them in about 7 days but they were ready the next day 8/4. Superb service. Will place new order for sunglasses next month.

Just a deplorable experience with Pearle Vision at Westgate Mall. I purchased inexpensive frames and lenses for about $150 a while back and 2 days later they needed adjustment as they didn’t sit straight on my face. I brought them back and the person “adjusted” them but then said they adjusted them as much as I could because i didn’t buy insurance. They were still crooked when I left, just a ridiculously horrible experience. In 2 days? If I had known how awful this company is I would’ve never come here to begin with. Well I’ve now just spoken with the manager at Westgate Pearle Vision Pam, and after telling me it’s my fault because I bought “budget” glasses there’s nothing she can do, but maybe I should come in the next time she’s working to see “if there’s anything she can do”, then she hung up on me. Horrible experience all around and I’ll spend my money elsewhere in the future. This entire operation ought to be ashamed of themselves, and it’s truly shocking they’re even still in business
