My family and I had to evacuate during the hurricane to this motel. The motel charged 200$ NONREFUNDABLE for my 2 dogs,then charged a extra 10$ per dog per night. We stayed one night and they charged me a total of 456$. They price gouged during the hurricane. Beds were broken and my daughter ended up getting multiple bed big bites. I will never stay here again and if no stars was a option they would have gotten zero stars from me. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Please stay somewhere else. My college dorm rooms were nicer than this, and they also had black mold in the bathrooms like this hotel does. I thought people may have been exaggerating but no... Got my fair share of seeing cockroaches on the first floor and mold in my own room. The fourth floor hall smells like rank feet, but my own room smelled like someone had vomited. Very minimalist, the floors have clearly never been washed. I don't know what the reviews about "weird people are the best" are all about because there's some real quirky people, including an adult woman who recognized me from when I had checked in and followed me to my room while I was departing. I had to move my car so she wouldn't figure out which one was mine while I was bringing my stuff down. She was insistent I followed her back to her room, kept telling me a lot of personal details like how she's been there for a year and steals stuff from people's rooms because the security cameras aren't on.... I left several days before my stay was over.

I thought it was like that because it was possibly freshly mapped and that it would dry only with the air conditioning it was not like that the floor was always damp when turning on the air there was a burning smell the stove did not turn on a stove the and the other burner was broken I asked for a change of room and there was no more availability I left there today Thursday 29 September 22 and they did not give me a refund for the day after tomorrow that I was paid I did not want to stay there even when I left there there was no Luz explained to the person everything that had happened to me and she told me that there was nothing more I could do. There were also noises of children running all night and it sounded tun, tun, tun, tun. I had no peace all night it caught fire in front I was scared for my life I had the worst night of my life I never thought the handicap chair was going to collapse I'm in pain woodsprings in Clermont is not fit for a handicapped person ☹️ bad smell also unbearable
