No...it is a nicely maintained 'work-out' place...at a very affordable price! Treadmtlls, ellipticals, bikes, recumbent bikes, ...a lot of cardio equipment...and weight training machines...and free weights. No exercise classes...but a great place to come and do your own workout.

I head down Riverdale Rd heading towards Holyoke. Then turn around by Reds Towing. 😊
