If I could give them zero I would but unfortunately it is not an option! They have proven to be very irresponsible. I've been waiting since yesterday for them to do a pickup. I call them and they don't answer. I've wasted two days at home waiting for them and they don't have the decency to answer to let them know that they can't/want to come.

Unfortunately they have demonstrated to be very irresponsible and have poor customer service skills. I have contacted them to schedule a pick up and not only they did not show up and the confirmed time, they have not answered any of my calls. I have sent many many times with them in the past and I must say they have lost a faithful customer.

From $65 to send a box to the Dominican Republic. Now they wanted to charge me $183 for a less heavy box 🤣 minimum they are fedex. Good luck to them. What else is there is companies that send boxes
