I would not give any stars for your shop on 82nd. I needed a fuse for my radiator fan for my Pt. Cruiser. I was told by your girl at the cash register this morning around 9:30. She ask me what do you want I started to tell her a fuse and got told we can't look it up for you the fuses are on aisle 1. I went to that aisle but I could not find what I need...50 amp fuse for a radiator fan thats not running. One of you employee was helping a very pretty young lady who came in after me. I was looking for the fuse but could not see it. I asked the older gentlemen helping the young girl. I ask him when he was done helping her would he help me. He said yes. 5 customers came in while I was still waiting. After waiting 5 mintues for help I left. I'm 67 yes old also and with a cane. I won't go to that store again.

A little bit more expensive but worth it. They credited my account after getting a part that quit working and exchanged it for another part. Most places do not do this. Yes, now I have an account there.

Mr Brett down at Oak Grove autozone, went above and beyond my expectations while providing me with A1 customer service and support installing and providing me with great info. When he helped me with installing my spark plugs for my personal vehicle give that man a raise!
