The property is nicely maintained, rooms are pretty nice. Location is pretty good in Beaverton area. Portland Downtown is like 20-25 mins away only. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this hotel

Don't use the pool. The water is very discolored and the smell of chlorine is non existent, the pool water taste like salt. We had gotten out because the wall light in the pool itself came out of it's socket and when we told the front desk the person attending said "again?" Other than that the train kinda sucks but the rooms are fine

This Courtyard by Marriott has the fundamentals nailed--hotel and room were very clean, the staff was very friendly, the location is quiet, and most importantly the bed was very comfortable. The amenities, however, are very limited. There is no on-site restaurant or bar--for now at least. The breakfast has a limited selection and is overpriced; I would recommend going to Starbucks if you need a quick breakfast. We stayed here during a visit with family and to do some shopping; this hotel served our purposes. This is a great hotel if one is conducting business and is really only concerned about having a comfortable place to sleep.
