I ordered a pizza for delivery before 6pm on a Tuesday night. At nearly 8:15, I received a text message telling me the delivery driver was approaching my house. I was on my way to bed, so I called and told them I wouldn't be accepting delivery and requested a refund. The manager on duty told me he would process the refund and it would take 3-5 business days; that never happened. A week later, I stopped into the store and asked to speak to the store manager or owner. The person at the counter called him and I was told the refund was in process and it should just be a few more days. Today, it's another week later and I still haven't received my refund. I spoke to the owner on the phone this evening who tried to tell me it would take another week. If they weren't lying last week, and they weren't lying the week before, how could it possibly take three weeks to get a refund?!?!? Rest assured, I will not be ordering from these crooks again.

I had a terrible experience ordering food today. I ordered food to be delivered because I did not feel like going out and just wanted to veg out wanting shows on Hulu. After getting the food I noticed that I did not receive one of the items I ordered, so I called the restaurant back and was immediately met with rudeness. I was told that the driver said that it was delivered. I told the employee again that I did not get the item and that I didn't have a reason to lie. After a call to the driver, I was than told that the food was left in the driver's car. Rosati's should listen to their customers and not right away assume that someone is lying and trying to get something for free. I had already paid for my food. Treat your customers better.

Delicious Fresh Pizza. They are not stingy with the ingredients either! Super nice staff as well! I’ll be back. Worth the price. Plenty of cheese and sausage like I like it!
