Why does it take almost an hour for just an OIL CHANGE?? with an appointment with no one else here... never coming back.

Went there to have them check a noise from my front driver side brakes which I have a lifetime warranty and they call me talking about my air conditioning system? I tell them to address my initial concerns and the service adviser refused to do so! He lies to me saying the tech, took the car out, so he should've heard the noise coming from my brakes? They never did so! I always get the run around always trying to up charge with services not needed! I am furious with Firestone and their practices! Time to shut down that facility and go somewhere people can trust!

If you call and ask for an estimate, they will be honest based on your model. I have known Fred who works there for over 15 years. They are very trustworthy.
