Google says open at 6am but staff say they have no control on what website say. Not to sound like a Karen but advertising your open but dismissing customers cause you are not will turn away costumers from location, and result firing of employees

Burger King as a whole seems to have just given up. This location, like so many others, has closed their dining room since Covid, but never reopened like every other restaurant has. Drive-thru is hot or miss with order accuracy and employee friendliness. They’re just not really into the whole “being in business” thing anymore.

Listening skills is definitely needed to be encouraged and not interrupt a customer while trying fix a issue. Not charge them for something you were not even requesting. Me trying to give info back on a order during the first part of ordering was interrupted quickly and said I got it. No you didn’t get it right. You cut me off. Then when you try to correct a issue I was given zesty sauce and charged for it when I asked for you add another onion ring to order since clearly the guy cut me off. Work on listening skills with your employees.

Slowest BK I’ve ever been too. Every time it takes over 20 mins from order to getting food. Food is usually good, but no sense of urgency. Customer service is also non existent
