Avoid. This place needs to be closed down. Two woman who reported they worked there trespassed onto private property without cause. They were not there to help. One of them, “Becky” claimed she was a S.W. The second was Lisa Roberts, QMHP, who trespassed and filed false Certification assessment report. Appears intent was to cause harm and trespass. Failed to show identification and they completely took over my home, falsifying it was a mental health reason for benefit of the Town police. They need to lose their license and this place shut down.

I had an eye appointment at 10:00 am. It was a n 1 hour appointment. THEY came at 10:30. I missed my appointment. This happened ALL OF THE TIME

They don’t even deserve one start I don’t get calls back my son doesn’t get a correct diagnosis they keep trying new medication on him and I can’t never get a straight answer

CCAP offers housing assistance referrals for food stamps and energy assistance they also have counseling and programs to help people find jobs and job assistance placing they have food pantry referrals they pretty much have referrals or the list of where to go for people of low income or homeless or people suffering from mental illness and addiction they help in all those areas they are a wonderful organization highly recommend
