Terrible experience here. Every year they jacked the rent up hundreds of dollars per month. I have seen multiple cockroaches in areas around the building itself. I had issues where all of the towel rods were properly installed and they all fell out of the wall and When I asked them to fix it they sent someone up and he patched the holes and said he’d come back tomorrow to repair them and he never came back. My smoke detector battery needed to be replaced and I couldn’t get to it and instead of replacing the battery they just took it out of the wall and never replaced it, left the his ladder on my porch and I thought he was coming back but I ended up having to bring the ladder down back to them. When I lived in in 2018 my rent was 1650$ a month. Four years later and the lease renewal letter the gave me they wanted me to pay $2400 per month. I was able to get a 3 bedroom house in Shrewsbury for less money. When I moved out I told that I had to be out by the 15th but if I moved out earlier they would only charge me for the days I was there. I moved out completely on the 10th and was under the impression I would only have to pay for up until the 10th. 2 weeks later I got an email saying they were charging me fully up until the 15th. When I read it I thought maybe it was a mistake but when I drove down there to point it out to him he told me that because they haven’t Found anyone to rent the unit yet that I will be responsible for making the payment up until the 15th. Low move and super unreasonable way to treat a loyal tenant who put up with 4 years of aggressive rent increases. Certainly would not recommend living here. There is much better value elsewhere where you will be treated as a tenant and not a number. Save yourself the headaches and don’t move here

When I first moved here I loved it!! Now the place is under new management and it really sucks! People who have vouchers are being evicted at rapid speeds! The new guy in the office Sean Veal is rude and has no problem making people homeless. The staff is so rude and they watch your comings and going. The maintenance guy Scott goes inside of homes to fix things but he takes pictures of others apartments to show if their not clean I know this because has showed me personally. This is not ok!! I personally felt discriminated against and am working with an attorney to bring suite against this place. There is mold everywhere! Right before I moved I had a leake in my son room they came and opened the roof and left it that way with a fan blowing for three weeks. I would strongly advise looking for your new home else where

I just moved in and things could not have gone smoother. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and the apartments, buildings and grounds are beautiful, clean and renovated. It’s pet friendly and we are loving it so far!

My husband and I have lived at this apartment complex for a whole year now. We love the neighbors and the families that live here. Its a great community! Hudson is definitely an expensive area but you can apply and see if you can qualify for the 40B housing program they offer. Sean and Heath are great managers and are happy to help with any problems. Always a quick reply and the service guys are helpful and very kind. My husband and I have been waiting to buy a house so this a great in between stage for us! We are happy here.
