They've hired a new pharmacist named Beth Ricci who is incredibly rude! I went there on a Saturday to pick up prescriptions for my father, they were sent over by his doctor on FRIDAY morning. She said they're not ready yet, so I asked when they would be as it's been 24 hours. She told me they're very busy and they just opened, and then she walked away, I had to ask one of the front techs. what was going on? She said the other pharmacist is working on them. When I received them, one prescription was way above the price he normally pays, I inquired about that to the tech. and she went and talked to Beth, she said the doctor needs to fill out and send back the authorization she sent to her. The doctor sent you an electronic prescription and you send it back to that same doctor to authorize it? He's always been on this medication but now it's suddenly not covered by his insurance, when it was just a month ago AND YOU CAN'T EXPLAIN WHY TO ME? From the other reviews people have left, this seems to be a common theme, they're NOT running the prescriptions through insurance to either get more money or she's just completely incompetent and doesn't want to do her job. She wouldn't even come to the front to tell me this, she relayed it to the tech. working at the front. I cringe every time I see this woman because she is so incredibly rude! I'm going to switch over to Scarlett Roberts, at least I know I'll get treated with respect there and get any questions I have, answered.

I've stopped going to this pharmacy. They NEVER have an entire prescription, causing you to make several trips for one script. The pharmacist (Beth) is also very rude, and unprofessional. First Glenn(owner) hires a pharmacist named Bridgett, who was rude, unprofessional and basically announced your business to the whole pharmacy. She went on maternity leave and never returned. Now there's Beth and I've witnessed her do the same. She even addressed a woman as a "sir" and announced another person's business to everyone. That's customer service? I go to Robert Scarlett's Pharmacy near Hannaford where they are so much nicer and professional, or I get my prescriptions via mail than deal with this place. I don't have time for this small-minded rudeness.

Colonial Pharmacy really left me in a lurch. I called to renew a 90 prescription that was originally filled there. I received an email or text the next day telling me the it was ready to be picked up. When I went thru the drive thru to get it, I was given a price that was approx 20 times what I had payed the first time. When I said that there must be some mistake the pharmacy tech and to check, came back and said, "oh, we don't take your insurance anymore". Do you think that they might have told me before they filled it and told me to come get it? I was/am down to my last few pills and I refused the prescription and asked them to transfer it to CVS in Claremont. She said, "no problem, right away". I decided to all Colonial a few hours later just to follow up and make sure that they had, in fact, transferred it to CVS. The tech that I got on the phone said, "oh no, that's not correct. CVS has to call us and request the transfer." Had I not followed up, I would be out of medicine by the beginning of the week. I will not use Colonial Pharmacy going forward!
