I called about 20 tent vendors after being ghosted by a different guy that had long been booked for my wedding in one month. Sharlene at Holyoke Taylor Rental was the most attentive and friendly of everyone I spoke with. I wound up getting about 6 more quotes, and the one I got from Holyoke Taylor Rental (which I booked on the spot) has still turned out to be the most affordable. I think she could tell I was panicked, or maybe she’s always that great, but I am so glad this happened because now I feel confident in the service and product- such a relief!!! I have not yet had the event, but I am very happy with the service so far! Update: everything was perfect as far as set up, and the rentals themselves.
