This place has been closed every time I've been there. They have a sign on the door that says they're closed due to staffing. The internet says it's open and if you call to check, you can't get a person. I give up--I'm going to Staples. I recommend you do too!

This “customer center” is never open to accept actual customers! I’ve been here at least twice during posted hours and it’s been dark inside and locked. Not a good look UPS!

This center is closed until further notice because of staffing issues as of 6/13/2022. Pickups and drop off only for 2 hours in the PM. UPS website does not say this. There’s one drop off box outside but if it’s not an envelope or a very small box, forget it.

Yes - if you have a coded return label, not a problem.
No. The ups phone app credentials are different from the ones used at the kiosk label printer. And these labels you hand to a clerk to get a real shipping label.
Yes, you can! I did that last week, and many times before. Drive to the back of the building, the stairs and doors to enter the small shipping office are on your left, as you drive in.

Call ahead. They may have boxes there, and other supplies to pack your goods, but the shipping for free would probably have to be facilitated by DirecTV. If DirecTV is supporting the shipment, they should provide a label. Either way, call ahead to UPS
Cost depends on the distance, weight, and how soon you want the package delivered.
