So much to see, need lots of time to soak it in. A great history lesson too.

Enjoyed this small museum. Lots of interesting exhibits. Only con was that the exhibits in the main room are hard to read due to poor lighting/glare and small print. (Mostly the coins)

Beautiful structure with a court, library, and museum. has a sizable collection of Samuel Colt's ammunition, ranging from early production to current use by the police. Great for kids because it is not too big, it provides a fantastic overview of the history of Hartford and the state of Connecticut. From what I remembered they offer free entries..
