I've been a Metro customer for many years now. I also come here each and every time my wife and I upgrade our phones. In the past, we had dealt with Eddy who provides top notch customer service. This past resent visit, we dealt with a young rep by the name of Dovey. She provide great service and answered all of our questions. There was another very friendly lady who greeted us as soon as we walked in, but unfortunately I did not get her name, but as she was leaving, there was mentions of her having a birthday the next day, which would have been 9/8. She was very nice but she referred us to Dovey because of the certain deal I was inquiring about. Dovey provided excellent customer service and was very helpful and friendly. She hooked up both phones for my wife and I very quickly and installed a screen protector and case for both. Of course they weren't free, but she didn't have to go above and beyond to do any of that. Thank you Dovey for everything you did for us! We greatly appreciate it and hope to see you next time we come by!

When you try to buy a phone here they force you to buy accessories, there was a sale and the employee told us that they would give us the sale only if we bought an accessory which obviously was a lie! Also when they check you out they include accessories in the total without even asking you if you want one or even giving you the physical accessory.

I think Metro PCS has the best wireless deal period. They even have high-end 5 G phones for free when you switch from your current wireless provider. The phone plans are very affordable from $40 to $60. Verizon, Sprint n others cost a small fortune, why bother with them unless you are well-to-do. Wireless service at Metro is top notch too, thanks.

Google how to do a factory reset
You need to call them on something like that
I'm sure there is a way to do that. If you came up missing, someone can track your last whereabouts that same way. So you can definitely learn how to do it. Good luck!
