RI SFM office never got back to me about the chained fire exits, emergency lighting problems and fire alarm problems at a school building. they NFPA makes it clear the fire alarm sound level must be at least 5db over maximum sound level, but the system is so quiet people can't hear it. They then showed up at my building after I said something about the chained exits at the school and on 8/19/21 falsified the fire inspection report of my building, to prove this I posted over 40 videos on YouTube called " RI State Fire Marshal office falsified fire inspection report of my building"

Does any actually get help? I submitted 2 consumer reports online detailing an urgent matter and got no response. I called in to speak with someone and they said they didn’t see the reports in their database. So I left a message with her to pass along to her Director. A week passed and got no response. I stopped I. The office to submit a written consumer report detailing a matter that I have already expressed was time sensitive. The young lady at the front was helpful with giving me an extension to a Martha Crippen who is supposed to be in charge. I left messages and still haven’t gotten a response. I received a call from someone at the Cranston office who just called to tell me they don’t see records of any of my reports. Didn’t even offer any help. Super unhelpful. It’s been almost 2 months now. What is the point of this office? Predatory businesses must be paying them more than tax payers. Either that or they are just plain milking us and doing nothing for the people in return.

In the state of Rhode Island it's against the law to write a false domestic report. I believe in law but Justice is different. I was the vitcim of domestic abuse, tried to get a divorce and was attacked later on that night and defeneded myself. I didn't go to the Police station but reported the fight to the hospital. The hospitals work with the Police and will in fact write a report to help them criminalize you. People shouldn't be allowed to write a statement and than tell a Judge I lied about the statement. I'm hoping to see Justice !

I called up the office of consumer affairs and spoke to a Jules’s who was extremely rude- unprofessional and unwilling to assist with my simple question. She should not be dealing with the public at all. It’s extremly unfortunate that we live in a state that hires people to state positions that are not qualified ! And on top of everything we PAY THEIR SALARIES! Attorney General Fire # Jules’s at the consumer affairs department!
